Abstract

Hasjrat Abadi Ambon Branch operates as a trading company. Its primary activities involve both credit and cash sales of goods and services. Credit sales inevitably lead to the creation of accounts receivable, which are classified as short-term liquid assets. A significant portion of the accounts receivable held by PT. Hasjrat Abadi Ambon Branch remains outstanding, resulting in an accumulation of current funds within these receivables.The method employed in this study is Accounts Receivable Turnover Analysis. This method is utilized to assess the company's efficiency in collecting receivables and converting them into liquid funds (cash).The analysis conducted for the years 2022-2024 indicates a substantial amount of outstanding accounts receivable at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Ambon Branch. This is evidenced by the average accounts receivable balances, which were IDR 87,276,047.76 in 2022, IDR 230,399,531.01 in 2023, and IDR 4,363,680,672.23 in 2024. Consequently, the accounts receivable turnover rates were 1.78 times in 2022, 1.75 times in 2023, and 2.56 times in 2024. The average collection periods for accounts receivable were 202 days in 2022, 206 days in 2023, and 141 days in 2024.
