Pengaruh Gender dan Lama Usaha Terhadap Produktivitas

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gender dan lama usaha terhadap produktivitas usaha mikro gula merah Saparua untuk wilayah Desa Itawaka dan Desa Tuhaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan rumus produktivitas total untuk mengukur produktivitas, serta melihat pengaruh variabel gender (X1) dan lama usaha (X2) terhadap produktivitas (Y) menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil pengukuran produktivitas total menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan nilai produktivitas ditinjau dari sisi gender dan lama usaha. Selain itu secara parsial untuk gender diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,415 dan untuk lama usaha diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,865. Sedangkan secara simultan diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,680. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh antara gender dan lama usaha terhadap produktivitas baik secara parsial maupun simultan, dikarenakan tidak terdapat perbedaan keahlian atau keterampilan serta pengalaman antara pria dan wanita dalam mengolah gula merah Saparua.
