COPYRIGHT POLICY

Jurnal Maneksi (Management Ekonomi Dan Akuntansi)

  1. Copyright Ownership

Authors who publish in Jurnal Maneksi (Management Ekonomi Dan Akuntansi) retain the copyright of their published works, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By submitting and publishing a manuscript in the journal, authors grant Jurnal Maneksi the right of first publication and the non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, distribute, and make the article available through its official website and other appropriate scholarly publishing platforms.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to submit and publish all materials included in their manuscripts, including text, figures, tables, photographs, and other third-party content.

  1. License and Use of Published Articles

Published articles may be read, downloaded, copied, distributed, printed, and shared for lawful scholarly and educational purposes, subject to the applicable copyright and licensing terms displayed on the article or journal website.

Users must provide appropriate attribution to the original author(s) and the published source. Any reuse must comply with the applicable license and relevant copyright laws.

The journal will clearly identify the license applicable to each published article. Where a Creative Commons license is adopted, its specific terms will govern the permitted use and redistribution of the work.

  1. Author Rights

Authors retain the right to:

  1. Use their published work for teaching, research, and other scholarly activities.
  2. Include their published article in a thesis, dissertation, academic portfolio, or other scholarly work.
  3. Deposit or share their published article in an institutional repository or other appropriate academic platform, subject to the applicable license and journal policies.
  4. Distribute the article to colleagues and students for lawful academic purposes.
  5. Develop future works based on their research, provided that the original publication is appropriately acknowledged and the applicable copyright and licensing terms are respected.

Authors should cite the official published version of their article and provide a link to the Jurnal Maneksi website whenever reasonably possible.

  1. Open Access and Copyright

Jurnal Maneksi supports the dissemination of scholarly knowledge through online access to its published articles, subject to the journal's stated access and licensing policies.

Open access does not automatically mean that an article is free from copyright restrictions. The rights of authors and users are determined by the copyright notice and license applicable to the published work.

The journal will identify the applicable license on its website and, where appropriate, on individual article pages and published PDFs.

Jurnal Maneksi does not permit the unauthorized use of copyrighted materials in published manuscripts.

Depending on the findings, the journal may require corrections, restrict access temporarily, issue a correction or retraction, or take other appropriate action in accordance with its publication ethics policies and applicable law.

By submitting a manuscript to Jurnal Maneksi, authors confirm that:

  1. The manuscript is their original work, except for material properly cited or otherwise lawfully included.
  2. They have the authority to submit the manuscript for publication.
  3. All necessary permissions for third-party material have been obtained where required.
  4. The submission does not knowingly infringe the copyright or other legal rights of any third party.
  5. All co-authors have approved the manuscript and agreed to its submission.
